Since 2021, the only Jamaican jerk kitchen on Mount Desert Island has shared a counter with one of the area's best reviewed lobster rolls.
From Kingston
Leg quarters charred on the grill and finished with house jerk sauce. BBQ jerk wings by the half dozen. Jerk mac flecked with spice.
From Bar Harbor
Freshly picked lobster, hot buttered or cold with mayo on a brioche bun. Hand cut haddock, battered or blackened. Lobster mac on cavatappi.
The middle of the menu runs wide: burgers with house sauce, a Classic Cuban, pizza, and fresh pressed juices with names like Ru Kidney'n Me.

Look behind the Sunoco.
Pull into the Sunoco at the fork of Route 3 and Route 102 and drive behind it. The little red building is the kitchen: first food stop coming onto Mount Desert Island, and the last one on the way off.
Takeout only. Order at the kitchen counter and grab a picnic table under the tent, umbrellas and all.
