The cousins installed a hood system with a vertical rotisserie for slow-cooking seasoned beef. It gets shaved thin for doner sandwiches and bowls, finished with the house red and green sauces.

Two cousins, more like brothers

Yasin Emre Ozkose came to Bar Harbor in 2017. His cousin Ahmet Timocin followed the next year, after hearing countless stories about the town. Their moms are sisters; the two grew up side by side in Turkey.

They worked four seasons at Cafe This Way, the Bar Harbor breakfast staple, and live on the island year round. In June 2025 they opened a place of their own at 270 Main St.
