They built it themselves
Anya and her husband came to the Smokies from Ukraine after years of building careers in the restaurant industry. When they took on this two-story building perched over Bull Creek, they did the renovation with their own hands: built out the kitchen, finished the entire second floor, ran all new plumbing and electrical, and installed the bathrooms from scratch.
The doors opened on May 6, 2026. Upstairs is the green room, a dining floor with balconies and mountain views, Smoky Mountain photography on the walls. Downstairs, the table nearest the creek is the one to ask for.
The Buckwheat Bowl on the menu is their nod to home.
