The Early Bite opened in 2025 on Rodick St, one quiet block off the Main St crowds. It is a modern brunch spot serving breakfast, smoothies, and quality coffee, with menus built around Mediterranean flavors.

Shakshuka and Turkish cilbir eggs come off the same line as blueberry pancakes with Maine blueberry sauce and fried chicken and waffles. One counter, two breakfast traditions.

Order at the counter, pick a table inside or out on the street-side patio, and your plate finds you. Save room: The Sweet Bite, the stuffed-cookie shop added in summer 2025, shares the storefront.
