Garry spent roughly three decades as a Food & Beverage Director for Marriott and Hilton hotels. In 2017 he and Judy traded the banquet halls for a small log cabin on Glades Road, in Gatlinburg's Arts & Crafts loop.

Everything comes off a tiny four-burner kitchen, cooked when you order it. Food is going to take some time here, and it is worth the wait.
