The grill sits in a genuine back alley off the main Parkway strip, the kind of place you hear about from somebody who found it first.

Dish names read like a setlist: Sloppy Jethro, Dyin' Man, Love Tractor. The kitchen plays them straight, made from scratch, and the menu says so.
