Most of the week, Trish's is a breakfast and lunch diner; the kitchen closes at 2:30. Friday and Saturday nights, the lights stay on for dinner: ribeye steaks, fried catfish, and beef tips over rice.
The dinner plates come as Mountaineer Meals, two sides and bread included.
Dinner Friday and Saturday, until 8 PM. Closed Sundays.

The diner works out of a converted cabin home on US-321 in the Pittman Center community, about nine miles east of downtown Gatlinburg. The front room still looks like a living room, set with dining tables.
